ANATEL defined a rule to choose laboratories where the samples of your product shall be delivered in order to be put into test. This choice must rigorously obey the following priority order:

• 1. Third-party laboratories located in Brazil and accredited by INMETRO
• 2. Third-party laboratories assessed by the OCD
• 3. Non-third-party laboratories assessed by the OCD
• 4. Test laboratories located abroad, accredited by an official legal entity in the respective country and also an ILAC-member.

Note: For all these cases, the OCD must follow test performance. For Item 3, however, an OCD expert member must supervise tests in loco.
